Job Description:

• Ensure all computers, devices, and network connections run smoothly every day.

• Perform routine checks, updates, and backups to keep systems and applications up-to-date and secure.

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware such as printers, scanners, and other office devices.

• Handle basic IT support, including fixing network issues and assisting users with software or browser problems.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Linux) and common computer software.

• Understanding of networks and ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.

• Able to identify and handle viruses/malware using available tools.

• Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to users.
