Head of Loss Prevention

Job Description:

• Lead audits and investigations related to shrinkage, safety, security, assets, and stock opname, and provide follow-up recommendations.

• Review and improve security systems, emergency procedures, and operational protocols.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve audit findings and ensure compliance.

• Supervise the Loss Prevention team and ensure proper implementation of safety equipment and procedures across all locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience in audit, investigation, or loss prevention (retail/FMCG preferred).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven ability to conduct detailed investigations.

• Experienced leader with strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

• Willing to travel and conduct on-site audits when required.
