- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a similar area.
- Having at least 5 years as R&D Supervisor FMCG Industry.
- Willing to be placed in Bogor.
- Having good analysis, critical thinking and initiative.
- Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person and good at time management.
Job Description:
- Lead new product development and improvement of existing products, including lab trials and scale-up to production.
- Develop and maintain product formulations, process standards, and SOPs.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials or alternative suppliers to support product development.
- Oversee first production runs and commissioning of new production lines to ensure product quality and process stability.
- Support and initiate process improvement programs, including costing analysis for new products.
