SUPERVISOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION Corporate Public Relation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist and support managers in implementing various internal communication programs.
Creating rubrics, event coverage, collecting materials and writing articles including the design and editing process of materials to monitoring distribution of information within company.
Prepare, compile, distribute and evaluate internal magazine/ portals/ email blast for internal company purposes.
Prepare, organize, running and monitor internal company events.
Manage and monitor Indofood Corporate Brand as House of Brand.
Compile, update, socialize and monitor corporate stationary guidelines.
Propose themes, carry out projects, monitor distribution and payments to vendors for the purpose of making corporate cards/ calendar/ agenda/ gimmicks or company profile videos.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree Internal Communication/ Public Relation/ Journalism.
GPA min 2.75.
Min. Experience 5 year at Internal Communication/ Public Relation or Corporate Communication.
Have knowledge in internal communication strategy, internal magazine, event organizer and digital communication.
Have public speaking skill, writing skill, presentation and video editing skill.
