WE'RE HIRING SECURITY OFFICER

Urgently Needed We are currently hiring those who have a strong interest and proven experience in hospitality industry to join our teams in a short time. Let's start your career in BSI Tower as a Security Officer.

Requirement

Previous experience in a security role (e.g., hospitality, retail, commercial and/or government building) with minimum 3 years, ranging from 1 to 5 years.
A valid Security Guard license or certification (such as the Gada Pratama certificate) is preferred or will be mandatory.
First-aid and CPR certifications are often beneficial or required.
Good physical condition with ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long hours, patrolling premises, lifting, and managing emergency situations.
Successful completion of enhanced background checks and a clear criminal record is a standard requirement (stick required).
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written ( Bahasa and strong observation skills.
Honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Ability to work in difficult/stressful events (e.g., emergencies) and under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Job Description

Conduct daily briefings for the entire security team.
Ensure all officers maintain and adhere to compliance with company security SOPs.
Monitor guard posts, access control, and CCTV operations.
Identify potential security risks and take preventive measures.
Act as the liaison between the company and the outsourced security service provider.
Report staffing needs, performance issues, and non-compliance to the client.
Ensure all outsourced personnel meet the company's competency and technology standards.
Coordinate initial response to incidents (theft, disturbances, accidents, etc.).
Perform detailed security checks for management tours.
Secure the incident area and preserve evidence according to procedures.
Provide basic training and guidance to outsourced security teams.
Enforce adherence to safety procedures and code of conduct.
Conduct performance evaluations for Continuous Improvement.
